By using freeforonce, you agree to these terms.

The service

freeforonce provides group scheduling polls and optional read-only Google Calendar assistance. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, who receives your poll links, and keeping organizer and participant edit links private. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that infringes another person's rights.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, freeforonce receives only the read-only permissions shown on Google's consent screen and keeps the connection active for up to 30 days. You can disconnect it at any time. Google's terms and policies still apply to your use of its services.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Keep a separate copy of important event details rather than relying on freeforonce as the sole record for critical appointments.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of freeforonce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages caused by using or being unable to use the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be limited or terminated when needed to protect users or the service, or to meet legal obligations.
